Maintenance
CHOICE OF SUPPORT OPTIONS

1. Pay As You Go support requires £150 deposit in advance
2. For Out Of Support charges minimum of one hour will be charged per reported incident
3. Standard and premium support requires payment of 6 months in advance
4. If not currently in a Standard or Premium support package will either require £150 system health check fee or catch
up with existing maintenance payment (what ever is less)
5. Software warranty is only covered as part of the standard/premium support package. Please review the software
terms.
6. Support provided is limited to those who have had training by EPOS dot SCOT on using the EPOS system. If a support
incident raised is related to the limited knowledge of the product then we may request you or your staff to take on
some additional training.
7. Hardware warranty that is offered is the same warranty as offered by the manufacturer. Please see hardware
warranty details
8. Software warranty from EPOS dot SCOT is offered only is part of the maintenance package. If you decide not to pay
the maintenance fee, then warranty is limited to warranty as explained in the software license.
9. Software updates and Backups only take please as part of the maintenance package.
10. Under this maintenance agreement EPOS dot SCOT or the Client both ways will not be held liable for any financial
losses directly or indirectly.
11. Hardware swapout fee is a standard £350+VAT per incident if on the Pay As You go package and £250+VAT on the
standard support package.
